Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), cheques, and EFT / wire transfers. We also offer custom payment terms to customers.

We have prices in both CAD and USD. If you're ordering in Canada, you will see CAD pricing on the website. If you are in the US, you should see USD pricing.

Yes, we would be able to do a special deal for you if you are ordering bulk quantities. Feel free to contact us at sales@warehoos.com for a quote!

Delivery

We deliver across Canada and the United States, and we can typically deliver within 2-10 business days (2 weeks) depending on the address. If you have a specific timeline to be met, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we can quote you for faster delivery times.

WareHoos is located in the BC Lower Mainland and we are able to deliver across Canada and the United States. Send us a message at sales@warehoos.com with what you'd like to order and your location and we can gladly provide more details.

We deliver materials using cargo vans, cube vans, and 5-ton trucks. If you need a custom delivery request, give us a call at 1-877-383-2671.

We don't have a physical location for order pickup and typically do delivery only. However, let us see what we can do to help you out. Please share what you'd like to order and where you're located to sales@warehoos.com and we'll follow up with you. Thank you!

Yes, if all products are available at once, we will consolidate and deliver them all at once. If parts of your order need to come separately we will advise you beforehand. Thank you.

Orders

No, we don't have minimum orders!

You will receive status updates about your order to the email you've provided.

For commodity products such as lumber, prices are updated on the 1st and 15th of every month.

For non-commodity products, prices are updated on the 31st of every month.

The prices you see on WareHoos are guaranteed until we update them on the dates above.

No, unless you want to! We recommend our customers to register in order to save time filling their information, but it's up to you.

Yes! We understand that things can change. Please leave us a message and we'll make the changes for you. However, if your order is already out for delivery, we will not be able to change it. Any new items added will be processed through a separate order.

You have 2 options:
1) Order directly through our website, or
2) Email your order request to our Contract Sales team at sales@warehoos.com.

For #2, our team can offer you preferred contractor pricing and exclusive deals. You will also have an account manager assigned to you to make sure your orders go right.

We do not have a physical location for order pickup. However, our satellite warehouses ship throughout Canada + USA. We'd love to help you with your project!

We are an online store so we don't have a public location to sell. We help contractors with sourcing material and getting them delivered promptly.

Yes, this is something we can deal with and are able to supply. This is also dependent on your job locations.

Product & Stock

WareHoos sources building materials through local lumber yards and distributors across Canada and the United States. We work directly with brands you trust such as GCP Applied Technologies and Typar. Ordering at WareHoos means you will be able to leverage our deep relationships with partners to get quality materials at competitive prices for your project.

There's a good chance we do or can bring it in! But if you've checked our catalogue and it turns out we don't, please send us an email at sales@warehoos.com with what you're looking for and where you're located. We can source it and contact you with a quote delivered to your address.

Returns

Send us a message of what you'd like to return! As long as it's been under 30 days and your order is not designated as a SPECIAL ORDER - FINAL SALE, you will be able to return your order to Warehoos. Please note that we do not cover for the cost to ship back your order to process your return. Please feel free to reach out to us for more details.
