Soprema Alsan Foam EPS/XPS Adhesive - 750ml Can

The SOPREMA ALSAN FOAM EPS/XPS adhesive is a cost-effective and time-saving solution for installing polystyrene and polyurethane insulation boards.

This single-component, low-expansion polyurethane adhesive foam is tailored to bond various types of polystyrene and polyurethane insulation materials to a wide range of construction surfaces. It works well with polystyrene and urethane foams, including SOPRA-XPS and SOPRA-ISO. The foam adheres effectively to common construction materials like cement, brick, wood, aluminum, and both galvanized and painted iron sheets.

ALSAN FOAM EPS/XPS has been developed for bonding EPS, XPS and PU boards.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Before applying, ensure that surfaces are clean, uniform, and free from any contaminants such as oils, grease, dust, or loose particles. Remove any cement laitance. Moistening dry and porous surfaces with water is recommended. The air temperature during application should be between 0°C and +30°C, with an ideal can temperature around +20°C. If the can is cooler, place it in warm water (approximately 35-40°C) for 40 minutes.
